TRAINING

Here at the Strength & Movement Playground we offer the following sessions:

SEMI PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING
With a trainer/client ratio of 1:4, our small group sessions combine personalised coaching with the energy and motivation of group training. With a holistic approach to training, using functional exercises to increase physical capability, while incorporating skill-based movements and elements of play, keeping sessions fun and engaging.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Our 1:1 sessions are a highly successful way to achieve your goals and can be tailored to suit any fitness level. If you’re unfamiliar with the gym environment, our one-on-one sessions are perfect for you. You’ll quickly become familiar with different movement patterns, and can even be used as an introduction to our small group sessions.

MEET THE TRAINERS

ADAM DARLING 
Adam is a fully qualified Personal Trainer with over 3 years experience. Currently completing his Bachelor of Sports Science (Human Movement), Adam enjoys creating training sessions that develop the body as a whole, cohesive unit, blending strength and conditioning with skill based movements.

RUSSELL GROGAN 
Russ has been working as a Personal Trainer for over 5 years managing his own studio.
From his training in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA, he has been lucky enough to find very technical coaches and training partners across all disciplines and hopes to pass on what he has learnt to his clients.
